Refund Policy

1. When You're Eligible for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in these cases:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item received — reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 94182 95555 with your order ID and clear photos/an unboxing video. Once verified, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund (for prepaid orders).
• Order cancelled before dispatch — a prepaid order cancelled before it ships is refunded in full.
• Order cancelled by Morpankh — if we cancel due to stock unavailability, a pricing/listing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

2. When a Refund Does Not Apply

For change-of-mind, sizing, or preference reasons we offer exchange only — not a cash refund — within 24 hours of delivery, on unused, unwashed, tagged items in their original packaging. See our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for the full conditions.

3. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet via Razorpay). Where that isn't possible, we refund by bank transfer to an account you confirm. We never ask for your card or UPI PIN/OTP to process a refund.

4. Refund Timelines

• Cancellation before dispatch (prepaid): full amount within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged / defective / wrong item: within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing our quality check.

Once we initiate a refund, the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Request a Refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 94182 95555 with your order ID and the reason, or raise it from My Account → Orders on our website. We'll confirm your eligibility and keep you updated until the refund is complete.
